Spectrum is located at Captree State Park, on Ocean Parkway off of the Robert Moses Causeway.

From Long Island:

Take the Southern State Parkway to Exit 40, Robert Moses Causeway South, continue 5 miles to Captree State Park (not Captree Island).

     - or -

Take Long Island Expressway to exit 49 S (Route 110) to Route 109 east to 27 East (Sunrise Highway) to exit 41, Robert Moses Causeway south, continue 5 miles to Captree State Park (not Captree Island).

From New York City and Queens:

Grand Central east, will turn into Northern State Parkway, to Meadow Brook Parkway South, to Ocean Parkway east, continue on Ocean Parkway all the way to the end, which turns into Captree State Park.

     - or -

Long Island Expressway east to Sagtikos State Parkway South west, continue on Southern State to exit 41 south, Robert Moses Causeway south, continue 5 miles to Captree State Park (not Captree Island).
